For those massage therapists who are online, on your phones, and on your laptops, this website is for you.  Schedulicity.com is a powerful service that keeps your schedule online and allows your clients to make their own appointments.  When a client does schedule an appointment, Schedulicity.com will automatically send you a text message and/or an e-mail, and will send the client a confirmation.  You can have the program block no-show clients from scheduling again. 

I’ve been trying out Schedulcity.com with my school clinic and have been finding it really works great for a group ($40/month), and it’s wonderful for an individual private practice ($29/month).  You can set it up so clients can choose from a menu of practitioners in a group setting.  Clients can choose from a customizable menu of offerings, including special packages. 

And, besides your schedule, Schedulicity.com keeps a client address book linked to newsletter templates so you can easily do e-mail marketing – simply send messages to clients who haven’t booked in awhile or to the entire group of clients who might benefit from a promotion you are running.
