When do you think your clients want to book appointments?
Wanted to share some amazing data from the thousands of appointments that are booked daily through Schedulicity: Only 31% of appointments are booked between 9am and 4pm. The other 69% are made between 4pm and 9am (20% after midnight!). What does that mean for those who use Schedulicity for their business? Less phone… calls missed, more appointments made, more happy clients and more revenue. I love this kind of research ;-) |
