The Power of Pop-Up Offers

As some of you may already know, we released Schedulicity’s new Pop-Up Offers at the DEMO Fall tech conference in Silicon Valley last week.  It received raved reviews from the audience as well as the ‘Consumer Gurus’ that followed our groups’ presentations. The reason I’m so excited about this feature is only due, in part, to its ability to help small service-based business fill empty time slots before it’s too late.  The other important feature is the engagement it can create on your Facebook business page.

By posting a discounted Pop-Up Offer from time to time on your Facebook business page, you can get more clients to ‘like’ your page and become more engaged with the content you’re posting.  It’s almost like the ‘Blue Light Specials’ from the old K-mart days (showing my age now).  People will keep an eye on your page just to be ready to grab one of your Pop-Up Offers when they become available.  Remember, these offers are much more about filling empty time slots and keeping your clients engaged than they are about discounting services.
